“I wanted to love this but it was so heavy my shoulders hurt. I had one other person try it on and they were immediately like "no way" too heavy and too rough. What was even worse was the customer service on the back end. Absolutely the worst time sink and service I've ever had with an online company based in the US. The worst.”
