“Received it, washed it on gentle in cold with the other item I bought, it completely frayed the front piece. I send a request to see what they would do and their offer was to issue me an $8 (yes you read this correctly) and do nothing else. I’m assuming that this company doesn’t listen to their customers much and unlikely to last too long considering this insulting offer. I sent back a message saying that this was unsatisfactory and they offered to replace it if I sent it back to them. But they haven’t fixed the design flaws so why would I want another one. Then I received an email offer for 50% off my new shopping for the weekend. When I asked about this, they then offered to give me 50% the item, but instead of just refunding me they wanted me to go back to the website to manage this myself.
Not sure what kind of bot Drake is but you might want to review his comms with customers. I REALLY wanted to like this but the comms with the company really made me turned off. I won’t shop again with them because of this.”
