“The Ultra Duty replacement cover is much heavier than the original, but seems like it should last much longer. This one had grommets in the door panel to keep the zippered door open. But I was disappointed that I have to cut holes in the cover and door panel to install the Pull Eaze Roll up Door Kit. It seems like there should be a better way to do it in order to avoid cutting a very expensive new cover.”

“The cover is longer than the original that came with this kit. More material hangs on the ground. The slits cut for the bottom frame tubes were not cut in the correct positions and created some hassle with clamping the tubes in place.
The material is far thicker and more durable that the original, so it should hold up a lot better. However, it makes it add quite a bit of weight and was not anywhere near as easy to get out in place.”

“the cover looks strong fit fine.you forgot to install 2 eyes to install rollup door chords and your lap seams need to alternate from side to side ,as water gets trapped in the exposed seam on the one sideand in the winter the seam can be slowly pried open by freeze and thaw.overall its ok.”

“The Ultra Duty PVC 21.5 oz material is thin as the original one, but it does weigh x3 times more (I did step on the scale). The original lasted 3 years, hopefully the replacement will last a bit longer.
As far as the shed design. I got a couple of rips by the entry (at the bottom). All they had to do was to drill the hole at 90 degree turn (like east-west instead of north-south), and it could have been completely avoided. See the pic.

“The cover is nice and heavy and hope we get years out of it. The reason for the 4 stars is the shipping. The shipper had our cover for a week and abandoned delivery for at least 4 days. Very frustrating. For the cost of shipping should have been better service.”
