“Service technicians were great, getting thru on the phone not so good. I talked to the secretary or whoever answered the phone and they tried to transfer me and that didn't work, then I was told someone would call me back and that never happened. And then the next day same thing. Finally on day 3 I called again and got thru to someone who could schedule a time for a tech to come out. I was starting to think they did not want my business.”
