“The technician called prior to arrival which was great given the time window when scheduling. He came in, performed all of the cleaning and checking that needed to be done. Told me when he was done and went over the results of his testing so that I know what condition my furnace is in. He was very professional and kept his explanation at a non technical level that I could understand.”
