TRAKK Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder Reviews

3.5 Rating 113 Reviews
It probably works well for an average person's severe pain, but I have lived with incredible pain for so long that, a good day for me, is for my pain to be down, to what an average person would consider to be the worst pain of their life. Anyway, I like this heating pad regardless, because it's not a traditional heating pad. And I can manipulate it to heat my neck and jaw area, in ways that I couldn't with a traditional heating pad. My least favorite thing though, would have to be the automatic shut-off.

Great neck/ shoulder heating pad! Best one I have ever found. I use it in the traditional way & also to wrap around a shoulder or knee. The fabric is very soft & nice. The edge is weighted to help it stay in place, but it can feel hard pressing against a shoulder blade or rib, so use a pillow on your back to reduce feeling the plastic beads in the edge. The magnet closure is helpful, though my neck is too large for it to be comfortable. Thus I use it w/o letting it close. The magnetic closure does help it remain in place.Overall, I highly recommend this heating pad. It helps a lot w/ neck & shoulder pain; esp. muscle pain.

I have constant pain in shoulder and neck. I bought this for some relief I am not sure why some people mentioned it does not get hot enough. I have it at the lowest setting and it is too hot. I need to turn it off and on for that reason. Wish they have a lower setting then it would be perfect.

Where's the heat. Max setting feels like lowest. Very disappointing.

I don 't usually review an item until I've used it for a couple of weeks at least. However, I really like this heating pad. It is perfect for my neck and shoulders where I have arthritis and tension. I was able to adjust the neck area of the pad to fit my neck perfectly. The fact that I am getting heat on my shoulders too is a wonderful bonus. I have had this on for an hour and a half and am now going to take a nap. That is how comfy and cozy this is, it is making me sleepy. I plan to use it in the evenings while I watch TV and if I plan on spending a lot of time on my computer. Should anything change with my feelings for this item, I will come back and revise my review. I am, so far, very happy with it.

Yoooooo!!! This is the best electric scarf I've ever had! Okay, it's the only neck wrap style heating pad I've ever owned, but that's just because this is the first one I've ever seen. I really like how the built in adjustable wire thingy makes it so I can clamp the heating pad right up against my neck. Heat distribution seems good, as well as heat output. I'd suggest listening to the instructions about not wearing it while lying down. Not only is it dangerous, but it's really comfy and you will fall asleep with it still plugged in.

I have a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck, and this heating pad is perfect to get the heat to those areas. It works so well that I ordered a second one so I don't have to unplug and move it. I have one plugged in next to my desk, so I can sit with heat on my neck and shoulders as I work. The other is beside the lift chair I sleep in so I can go to bed with heat on the painful areas. It's a little heavy and awkward to put on when the pain is bad in my shoulder; however, I don't think it was be as effective if were any different.

I so badly wanted to love this. It is soft, weighted, and the heat settings are perfect.Unfortunately, it stopped working the first time I used it, after just five minutes. The red High light started flashing and the entire unit became unresponsive and stopped heating.Sunbeam informed me that using this product with an extension cord caused a permanent fault. This product does not come equipped with a long cord. Not being able to use an extension cord is a deal-breaker for me. It needs to reach the couch, I'm not going to sit on the floor next to the outlet in order to use a new replacement unit.I am so disappointed.
