TRAKK Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder Reviews

3.5 Rating 113 Reviews
I love the design, the flexible neck wrap and everything else about it. But these stitches need reinforcement- the neck portion is already ripping off and I have only had it a couple months. I'm not mistreating it or anything-I've really only used it a handful of times so far. I'm really sad because I really do like everything else about it.

Great for neck, traps, and shoulders. Unlike most others, it partially covers the shoulder cap, where a lot of the issues are that translate into the traps and neck. The built-in contouring makes the heat distribution more even. Some of the others are made more for teens or petite people who do not have an athlete's shoulders, and they won't stay fastened around the neck if you shift your position to turn a page or pet the cat.It is also soft and remoldable, so can work for hips, back, etc. I am a 5'2" female ex gymnast in my youth and now a retired p/t gym rat and cyclist, and had to return the regular size version for this larger one because of the better neck and shoulder coverage.Quality and heat control are good, and it gets just the right amount of very hot when I want it to!

Had one some years ago - couldn't find it, so ordered another one - then found my old one, naturally. I wanted a heating pad with would fit snugly around my neck as well as warm the tops of my shoulders - my pain areas. Besides the great magnetic closer that keeps this from falling off, there is a pliable wire-type structure in the "collar" that I can bend to conform to my neck to keep the heat close. I use this both sitting in a chair and lying in bed. Well made, assume it will last for years.

Puts out just enough heat. It is comfortable and has magnets that helps keep it closed in the front. Heat goes all the way up through the neck.

I bought this heating pad because of serious neck problems. I really like it! It has no odor, it is weighted, and has little magnets to close it (not completely useful). I keep it on the highest heat and it is not too hot. The cord is long which is helpful. Worth the money. Strongly advise this one over other brands or lesser model.

I bought this size and style to address occipital, neck pain radiating out to shoulder pain while I am sitting in my chair. The neck flap extends well into occipital area but you have to pull the material forward and hold the edges closed to get heat relief to the neck. The weighted beads are in a ridge around the outer edges and are uncomfortable to lay on. Front closure designed wrong. Laying down in bed with device is a better fit. Secondly no matter what level you choose it heats up quickly and pulses out warmth for 10 mins than the heat recedes and you have to go up a level to get more warmth. Very very disappointed. If I could return it I would; poor value for the money.I wish they could take the neck collar design off this heating pad, keep the width but extend 2' longer in the back so it would cover scapula and instead of weighted bead ridge distribute weighted beads throughout.

The best thing i have ever bought for pain relief. I am so happy I am in tears how great this feels on my neck instead of stinky rice microwave warming ones or trying to adjust a regular heating pad that always left sharp corners. This is soft and heating up in the right spot and no need to worry about it slipping or falling with the magnet clip. I will be buying these for my family as Christmas presents now lol So grateful
