“I live in this thing it helps relieve my neck pain from muscle to help easy my occipital neuralgia and what leads into that terrible migraine. It has a metal bendable piece to help close it in around your neck that helps but as I use it laying down to position the best I can for my neck it may take a minute to get comfortable but it is still a lifesaver and I fall asleep with it on as my neck loosens up. I'm going to purchase one for my grandmother as well for christmas”
