TRAKK Heating Pad for Neck & Shoulder Reviews

3.5 Rating 113 Reviews
Ok so in all fairness, if you have neck pain at the very top of your spine only, this would be great. I do like the general shape and concept, but it's just not quite big enough to cover a full area of the body. I bought it thinking it'd be great on other parts of the body that are also round, but the size of what actually heats just isn't enough for that. But for necks it would fit nicely and the concept is good, just doesn't really pan out as well as I had hoped.

Sorry to have to give this product a one star. My first one didn't heat up much at all, I even tried the low setting to see if it was incorrectly wired. The high setting is only lightly warm. So i returned the first one, TRAKK was amazing they got me another one the next day! 5 stars for service, however the 2nd product is the same, if you desire strong heat this is NOT the product for you. It's kinda sad because in my 60 years Sunbeam has always been so dependable.

The wife has her some MS. She gets a fair amount of neck pain and tightness to go along with that. I bought her this to replace a standard old rectangular pad. She loves this pad. Wrap around, cinch it, turn on the heat. Heat distribution is good. Nice and even around the neck. Lays on the trapezoid quite well. Used almost daily. Wife says it is her best heating pad ever.Had this unit for about 6 mos before reviewing. Just to see if it held up. Yep, it has held up, with no cool spots or other coolness. My wife is still with me, so it must have been a good purchase.Wifey approved. Momma is happy, so papa is happy. Err, something like that.

I love this shoulder heating pad!! I bought this because I have some arthritis neck pain and a regular heating pad would slip off my shoulders. This one easily stays in place because it's like a mini shawl and the front has little magnets that come together to hold it in place. There are 4 heat settings. I typically don't put it any higher than 2 because it gets REALLY hot above that. At the #2 setting, it has just the right amount of heat that I need for pain relief. I have also used it as a kind of lap blanket when working on my computer and I feel a little chilled. Honestly, this thing is awesome. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this item for chronic neck and shoulder pain. The pad fits me well. I was able to mold the neck portion to better fit my neck. The heat on the back area was just where I needed it. The pad has a nice weight and has a magnet closure in front to keep the pad from slipping off of your shoulders. My only complaint, unlike some of the other reviewers, was that the pad got so hot on the first setting that I had to keep turning the pad on and off so as not to burn myself. This was a huge concern for me and I became hesitant to use it. TRAKK does not accept returns of this product. I am back to using a regular heating pad which does offer the same convenience as a wrap around pad.

They don't work. Bought 2 of them and one already quit working and the other only heats up on half of it . Looking like I'm stuck with them .I was forced to select 1 star. Wanted to give 0.

First of all, it is much too heavily weighted; secondly the heat does not reach the pads over the shoulders. Next, it is so cumbersome, very difficult to adjust to a comfortable position. I purchased this for my 78 year old husband who has multiple pain issues, in his neck and shoulder hoping this would give him a modicum of comfort; however, it was uncomfortable; he was continuously adjusting it. He has tried over and over to use it, but it just is not working as it should. The idea is great but I will get him a regular heating pad, maybe two, one for the neck and one for the shoulder. I have had other sunbeam pads and thought this one would be great. I am so disappointed.

Pain relief: does not get hot enough to be soothing even on the highest setting and I felt nothing on my shoulders/backSoftness: it is soft, not heavy or itchyComfort: the neck had a wire in it to conform to your neck and as a result, doesn't get a good fit against your skinOverall, it is a waste of money. The thing is laying on the floor beside my bed and I've gone back to my microwaveable herbal wrap.
