“My husband and I are currently on day 4 of the 21 day autumn cleanse. I’ve already had bloating and toxin elimination body aches. And I thought I ate pretty clean before! But the (healthy) processed snacks and the daily small coffee and the weekly fancy coffee shop coffee (all of which have sugar!) had caught up with me. My husband had a caffeine withdrawal headache on day two. But it’s worth it! We feel better already on day 4.
We love the meals and the flexibility of changing up the order snacks if desired. Some of the meals are labor intensive, but not all. Prepping is really helpful but it is doable if you haven’t. (We haven’t for this first week.)

“I pretty much don't eat processed foods. I hardly eat out any more but I got bored with the same old thing. Everything that I have made has tasted wonderful. I live a pretty heathy life but I still eat crap sometimes. The recipes are easy and exciting to follow! They give you a great reference on how to find certain items for shopping and substitutions in case you can't find a food item. It is all laid out for you, you just need to follow it. One thing I noticed too, that is very helpful to me, is in the printed book the recipes are laid out in the order you make them.
The Facebook group is more fun to participate in than I thought it would be. It is so helpful to have people backing you up or to read that someone is having the same problem as you. Makes you not feel alone and gives you that extra push to stay strong and keep going forward. Jen, Amanda & Erin are great in providing support on a regular basis through out the cleanse!
