“My husband and I have done the cleanse a handful of times, only completing it in all it's glory once. Man did we look and feel amazing. Fast forward to 6 years later when we started it this last time, I was delightfully surprised at the new recipes and how appetizing they appeared to be. We dove right in, with only a few small adjustments to the cleanse itself (this girl loves sweets after dinner so I had to find an alternative with ingredients that were cleanse approved, Vegan brownies yes please!) We ate most all of the recipes and enjoyed all of them with the exception of the vegan hash cakes and a couple more. Let me be completely transparent when I say I am very picky and when photos and or names do not spark my interest, good or not, I am hands down not going to try. “I've never come across a cleanse that features so many varieties of flavors and colors throughout. Each recipe is different and targets different cravings. The food is filling and nutritious and leaves you glowing from the inside out. There is quite a bit of prep and with so many ingredients my grocery bill was a bit higher than usual, but it's worth it.
