This cleanse was fantastic! Not only do I feel good, but my husband who is very anti-green smoothies stole my smoothie one day and took it for his breakfast. He also really enjoyed the food and he is not a healthy eater. I highly recommend any SGS products, I have them all and I love them and even when I'm not on a cleanse they are great resources for recipes and snacks.

SO in love with this cleanse. What a super easy way to learn to eat healthy AND delicious meals! I have so many more recipes (that even my meat-and-potatoes husband and children eat with enthusiasm) that are suitable for sides and entrees. My skin has cleared up, my energy has improved, I've lost some weight (less about losing weight and more about health I'm general, but shows how well my body has responsed), and just feel fantastic all around. I would recommend this to ANYONE.

I really enjoyed the plant-based protein menus! I cannot have much meat anyway ( allergies) and these foods are perfect for me. There are so many reasons why I loved this cleanse. First of all I love that I get to eat lots of food. So much food at times I don't need to eat it all. There are lots of options, so if you don't like a certain food but love another, you can eat what you love. I love that it is Plant based. It is a true detox and I love how I feel while I am eating such wonderful food! I chose to do this 21 day cleanse to get my body back on track. I had been eating more and more junk food. I was lacking in energy and no support at home to get back on track. Being surrounded by so many other people during the live cleanse has helped motivate me to get back on track with my eating habits and I don't ever want to go back. I love how I feel when I take all the junk out of my daily diet. Thanks for such a wonderful plan with great people and delicious food. Couldn't have for more!

I've been doing the SGS cleanses off and on for several years now, and the latest version is the best yet. Awesome recipes that are always tasty, pretty easy, and never eave me hungry. I also like the fact that they now plan in making in batches, and leveraging one night's dinner for lunch the next day because I need time saving suggestions not just clean eating suggestions :)

I wanted to try this cleanse to give me a little boost for some weight loss. I surely accomplished that. I learned a lot about portioning and about how great it feels to eat so many fresh vegetables! I did some tweaking (within the plan) of a number of the recipes, since they weren't all my style, but it's great since you are encouraged to change the order in which you make the recipes during a given week and you can pick which snacks/meals are your favorites! Personally, I don't know if I have spent so much time grocery shopping, prepping, and cooking for 3 weeks in my life, so just know that it is also a lot of work! Strict guidelines, but much flexibility within those guidelines if you ask me! I will definitely be keeping a number of recipes from Spring FS21 in my normal rotation.

I made two whole weeks of this before I had to quit because of a severe onset of acid reflux. I'm not talking traditional heartburn, but the silent type. It has caused hoarseness, a cough, lump in my throat, painful swallowing and other symptoms. I think the combination of spices, citrus fruits and healthy fats (nuts, oils, coconut milk) were just too much for my system. If I put the reflux aside, I did enjoy almost every recipe during the two weeks. I also lost 7 pounds during those two weeks. That of course doesn't make up for the negative health side effects I experienced while being on this. Try at your own risk! On another note, there is a lot of food prep. If you don't like the kitchen, this probably isn't for you.
