“I was a part of the Fresh Start 21 back in 2013 and what a delight! Hubby (true MAN carnivore) participated with me and he also enjoyed it. The plan with the recipes was easy as it gave all the details for how and WHEN to eat.. I'm back at it again with hopes that I may continue on this type of food journey for the long run.. I no longer desire meat, so it should be easy going.. thanks, ladies for providing us with this fun challenge..”
“I tried the Fresh Start 21 in early 2013 and have thought about and used some of the tools I've learned since then! The recipes are easy to follow and so tasty. Learning some of the right ways to feed your body and when are so helpful to overall health and wellness. It's definitely something I plan to do again in the future when I'm feeling off-track. Thank you to the SGS team for putting this together and making it delicious!”

“Let me first start by saying I LOVE SGS and I've purchased ALL of their meal plans. This cleanse guide is thoroughly laid out and alleviates so much confusion and anxiety. However, it cost over $350 to double the shopping list for week one just so both my husband and I could do the cleanse. And 5 days in and we've only enjoyed 1 meal so far. There's a big difference in taste between the Dinner Plans (which we rave about) and the cleanse meals. The ingredients aren't that different; the Dinner Plans are also vegan friendly, but these meals are just odd. They might work for a die hard vegan, but for an average person like me, it's to hardcore for the palate. We have wasted so much food/money from cooking, tasting and setting aside most meals until they aren't fresh enough to eat anymore. And we're seriously considering just cutting our losses and not proceeding into week 2. We have the willpower, just not the stomach and recipes like chia pudding (slimy), beet hummus and sunflower marinara just wasn't cutting it for us. Back to the dinner plans and green smoothies we go.”

“Check your copy, Amy and Jessi used the exact same words to explain their coffee addiction. Don't want people to think this stuff doesn't work, because it does. I did the thrive 7 and I'm super happy with how it changed me. I'm reading on the FS21 because I want more.”
“Friends heard I was doing a cleanse (the first time around) and looked skeptical. I quickly told them- this is different- this is not a juice cleanse or starvation cleanse...this is whole foods- and lots of it! I found myself singing the praises- the recipes are all so good and really easy to put together, the flavors and spice- the sauces- all of it just delicious. There is an abundance of food to eat and I was never hungry, in fact, more than that, I felt satisfied. The hardest part was the caffeine withdrawal- I did have an awful headache for 4 days but that alone told me caffeine is something I will never get addicted to again, because why would I want to drink something that can do that to me??
It is very empowering when you decide you are going to put your health first in your life, especially if you have a busy life and take care of others. This cleanse makes me feel like I am pampering myself and I love it! My biggest suggestions are simple- 1. Commit to this time for you, and know that even if it is a challenge, for the next three weeks you are going to put your health and well being first. It is like going to a spa. 2. Shop ahead. Use the shopping list, read the recipes, know what you are going to make. 3. Prep. Can't say it enough- especially the snacks- the stuff you can grab on the go- if you have those, you won't reach for processed choices. 4. Be kind to yourself. You may follow this 100%, you may not- but be mindful in your choices and then be kind and forgiving to yourself and this will be a win for you.”
