“I am a die-hard carnivore so the thought of eliminating meat and cheese from my diet was almost a non-starter, and I wasn't confident I could do it the whole time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Other than the deadly caffeine headaches on day 1-2 (since I didn't taper down as advised!) I have felt great and not hungry. I am so happy to be free of caffeine and sugar and adding so many fruits and veggies to my diet! So far I have dropped 10 pounds and that is super exciting as well. I am planning on adding meat back in once I am done, but at reduced amounts, and incorporating many more vegetarian meals in my menu planning.
