The SGS 21-day cleanses are really the only program I’ve done in years that I stick to and get results from. It’s a combo of so. much. food. and how they lay everything out for you to make it easy.

Wonderfully planned cleanse. I lost 8 pounds, and will continue to eat like this because I feel great. It wasn’t easy, prep is KEY, but, it was worth it!!! My favorite part were the detailed shopping lists for each week. I love cooking but hate shopping and making lists, so the pre-prepped grocery lists made me ecstatic!!!! Food was super delicious, even my picky 3 yr old liked several of the recipes! I never knew plant based eating could taste so good! The FB support group was also key, I needed to connect, and it was a wonderful source for hacks and new ideas!! Look forward to the next one! Thank you!

I love this cleanse and the results I achieve from it. Clear, bright, blemish-free skin, weight loss, break from caffeine and sugar. It a wonderful thing to give to my body once a year. What I struggled with were some of the inconsistencies in servings of some of the meals. Some were so huge and some were so small, without much rhyme or reason, and would leave me quite hungry. It would also help in the future if instead of stating one zucchini or one sweet potatoes, to be more precise and say 2 cups for instance. Veggies vary too much in sizes. Also, what’s a pint? Lol. I never see that listed on containers anymore. Either go by cups or weighted grams on a scale would be more helpful. All in all you won’t regret doing this. It’s a great gift you can give to your body.

Loved the cleanse. All of the recipes were delicious (even when I wasn’t expecting them to be😂) and the recipes were easy to follow. Adding photos of some of my favorites.

I love it! and its not about the 21 days itself but also about the change that is bringing in my life. I changed completely my diet since then and I feel happier and healthier. I learned that you can cook healthy food that can still taste amazing !!!

I really enjoyed the fall cleanse. I was already eating pretty healthy, but this program helped me "up my game". There was a variety of recipes to keep things fun and interesting. I even incorporated some new vegetables into my routine that I have never eaten before. It is an educational and healthy experience. It was also motivational to be a part of a Facebook group to stay on track and gain insights from others. Highly recommend this to others to try.

If you're committed to changing your relationship with food, this is a wonderful way to do it. I've done the Whole30 twice and I didn't know if I wanted to do a vegan reset. I've learned so much more about my eating habits and patterns and the best part is that a couple of the recipes in here are SO GOOD that they are going to end up in our regular dinner rotation now. If you're on the fence, I recommend trying it. Nuts and seeds are the new meat.

I enjoyed this cleanse! The majority of the recipes were easy, quick and very tasty. I only had 1 that I did not like and it may have just been an off day for me. I rarely felt hungry, unless I did not prep and have my snacks and things ready to go. So,prepping is key! I would love to do more cleanses like this a few times a year and feel more energetic!
