If you're committed to changing your relationship with food, this is a wonderful way to do it. I've done the Whole30 twice and I didn't know if I wanted to do a vegan reset. I've learned so much more about my eating habits and patterns and the best part is that a couple of the recipes in here are SO GOOD that they are going to end up in our regular dinner rotation now. If you're on the fence, I recommend trying it. Nuts and seeds are the new meat.

I have been seeing SGS' Fresh Start cleanses for a couple of years--I felt daunted/overwhelmed by the idea. But since I'm home with the pandemic and don't have the opportunity to deal with restaurants, friends' invites, or kids' activities, this fall seemed like THE time to give it a try (not to mention that I was feeling uncomfortable with a covid chunk on my body). I've lost some weight, but what I've gained is the reminder that I totally know how to take care of my body--and it's worth it.

The Fresh Start cleanse was exactly what I needed to get my mind and body back on track from months of being in a rut of sugar and fat! The length was perfect to effectuate change. The food was surprising delish and more flavorful than what I was expecting. I appreciated the support, ideas and check-ins from other rawksters. It was reaffirming that I was not alone in feeling what I was feeling. This three week reset came at a critical time when I could easily spiral out of control before the holidays. Why not 5 stars? If I could, I would give 4.5 stars. I worry about some advice - like drinking a lot of water. I think research shows your kidneys can only process about 2-3 cups of water per hour and you should probably drink 9 cups of water a day for women without worrying about electrolyte depletion. So, I think there should be some warning about excessive water consumption. Also, I'm not convinced coconut oil is good for you and I see in the notes that it is an absolute must. True, we don't use much of it, but it is shown to increase ldl more so than say olive oil. (These two concerns about water and coconut oil I learned from Dr. Greger's nutritionfacts.org videos.) Other than that, perfect for me (and my spouse who did it as well)!

I love it! and its not about the 21 days itself but also about the change that is bringing in my life. I changed completely my diet since then and I feel happier and healthier. I learned that you can cook healthy food that can still taste amazing !!!

I’m two weeks in on the three week autumn cleanse and my body feels leaner and I feel like I have more energy! The food is so yummy and I’m barely craving sugars which is awesome!

So happy for my decision of being part of this program. I just 2 week I feel happier, stronger and most important, healthier:!the inflammation of my hands are gone! The extra benefit of all of it: I have lost 8 pounds! When I’m doing my Pilates class or spinning session I had been felling energized ! At night I can sleep much better than before! Thanks SGS for this such detox plan and he support!!
