“I bought this as a birthday gift for my Mum and she opened it yesterday, we set it up for her to use but the reading light doesn’t work, the switch doesn’t feel very positive. Such a disappointment as I bought it in good time and was excited to give her such a useful gift as she loves her cup of tea in the morning”
“Sadly tap water from Seven Trent used for tea in teasmade gives tea a funny taste. (Never happened with any of our previous teasmades over 50 years)
Solution is to use bottled water!
Not really environmentally friendly, but at least we can wake up every morning to a proper cup of tea”
