“The instructions don't state how to set the time for the teasmade to make tea. There are instructions on how to make an tea without setting alarm and how to set just the alarm without making tea but non on how to set the alarm to make tea. Any one reading this that has noticed this missing detail.
However, overall we like it and it's a nice little luxury.
It is quite simple to work out but I am not sure why the key function and purpose of this over a kettle is not stated in the instructions.”
“At least this model works. Not like the THREE replacements of the “Retro” models that we have used for the last twenty years. We had to return THREE replacements to Amazon as the “timer” and clock did not work properly and eventually had to settle for this model which is a shame because the flat surface was convenient for placing the teacups. We also lost £10 as Amazon replaced the first return and then refunded £55 for the second and finally £65 for the third return. We advised Amazon to get you to check your “quality control”.”
