“Easy to order on line and delivered next day. Looks smart however the instruction book is extremely poor. As an ex engineer I do not understand who would have written it or obviously not checked it. It has two sections describing the tea now button and nothing about the most used tea and alarm button !! We have had teasmades for many years and they all last about 2 years before the tank leaks. Hope this one lasts longer. Victor Thompson”
“Top notch delivery, ordered Thursday afternoon and received it Friday evening.
Everything works except the alarm sound, it actually activates but you have to put your ear right on the clock face to hear it. The first silent alarm clock I’ve ever had! Don’t use it anyway so it’s not worth bothering about.”

On the minus side, the night light is bright even after it has dimmed. The legend on the buttons wears off after 3 years of once a day use and the kettle leaks after 3 or 4 years.”
