“This is the second of these Teasmades that I have bought in 2 months. Both faulty. Alarm didn’t work and tea failed to make. Pretty essential stuff for a Teasmade I would have thought. I asked customer services if they were aware of any problem with this model and was advised they were not aware of anything wrong with it.
With a 2 minute check on Amazon I could see numerous reports of this being product faulty. It feels as if Swan couldn’t care less.
I wrote a detailed email trying to help them overcome the problem, identifying the fault and weakness of the product and just got a generic email back stating that they were sorry to hear I wished to return the product.
The returns process with Swan was over complicated, requiring videos showing the fault.
As a customer I am very disappointed.”
“My new teasmade was delivered approx 3 weeks ago very promptly and functioned perfectly for 2 weeks, it now will not switch on automatically, only manually. What can I do I had my last teasmade for possibly 8 years ?”

“Teasmade completely useless as the clock does not work. Plugged it in and set the time 8 times. The hour and minute hands do not move although the second hand does. The 'Now' switch works erratically. Contacted Services who were excellent and refunded my money within a couple of days. I purchased one for my parents approximately 40 years ago which they used for many years with no problems. I suggest Swan tighten up quality control in China or get them made elsewhere.”
