“I use Ther Man Shake as ongoing meal options now. Initially I needed to lose a heap of weight, down 40kgs from my starting point I am now on the slow and steady path. Manshake shakes are fantastic to start the day as Breakfast at 5.00am and easy for a lunch option due to being on the road all day in a van or truck. The bars are a great snack option, easy, tasty and give that little boost with protein. I have 8 flavors I always use and keep rotating them to give me variety.”
“This is a great value package and the flavours are great. The only thing I find is I battle to get the 30 scoops (15 meals) out of a bag, I scrape them dead level and most times can only get 28 (14 meals) and occasionally only 27 scoops. I have gone to using slightly less than a full scoop and seem to be able to get the 30 scoops more often now. I still love this product and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting to feel better and look after themselves.”
“Has become considerably more expensive recently. I use to always be able to select a discount as a regular customer. However this wasn't available last order and on the day i received the order i also received an email about a free item with purchases over a certain amount... I am sad they couldn't have packed my order with a free item considering how much we spend in a year!”
