“Pleasantly surprised all around. I started with the trail pack and found all the favours palatable or better. For the fast pack I added honeycomb which is excellent. Coffee is preferred for breakfast as it is less sweet. By midday others favours hit the spot.
Effective - yes. Weight is coming off well. No scales for me but the belt notch and love handles are changing!
Two per day has me challenged but the man bars and the recommended snacks take the end off.
