“This was our first tentr and it was so great! Beautiful setup, easy to find. We had a little trouble finding the “secret” watering hole but it was awesome once we did. Loved the blueberry picking!”
“Such a beautiful campsite! The view is stunning, and you truly feel like you’re the only ones on earth! Blueberries all around you, a super comfortable tent / bed, fire pit was so nice at night… and only about 30-40 min from Lake Minnewaska. Osa Trail is perfectly secluded and perfect for a couples’ getaway. We loved our stay!”
“Beautiful view. The top of the setup - camp loo outside, overlooking mountains! Something to remember. Low mosquito population. Didn’t see any tick.
The whole field if wild blueberries.
Lake Minnewaska is 30 min away.
Nice place.
However, there 100steps from parking to the tent,”
“Beautiful location! Alex was very welcoming (make sure to buy firewood from him!) and made it very easy for us. Parking is right near the sight which makes unloading gear easy. There's a nice stone firepit and the views are unmatched. Our GPS actually lead us to his neighbors house, so I'd just keep in mind it's the gravel drive right next to it. Great trails and a swimming hole nearby. Highly recommend.”
“We left early due to lack of firewood despite paying for the firewood package. We were given about 6 logs total for the night camping with 2 kids.Called tentrr and was reimbursed for nothing. Really disappointing all around.”
“This does not pertain to the campsite at all, mostly because I never even got to experience the campsite. This has to do with the Host. After he reached out to find out what time we were expecting to arrive, we reached back out to him to let him know we had arrived/figure out the “check-in” procedure. We left him 2 voice messages, on his cell phone and landline, and did not receive a call back. Additionally, I had decided to walk up to the campsite to see if the site was within walking distance from where my car was, since his path up to the site was a complete up-hill sheet of ice and my car couldn’t make it, and found that there was no firewood up there even though I had paid an additional $20 fee for firewood. Alex seemingly didn’t prepare for us to spend the night there or even care to get in touch with us, so we unfortunately decided we had to make the drive all the way back home due to his lack of communication. We waited for 3 hours at and near the campsite to hear back from Alex, and we never did. Certainly won’t be attempting to revisit.”
