Gorgeous site with great views. Make sure to bring sheets for the bed, pillows, sleeping bag or duvet, toilet paper, and towels. We were delighted to find a grill and firepit, as well as a heater inside the yurt. The hosts were super nice and fast communicators about small questions we had. Head to Bella's bakery for coffee and pastries in the am in Calistoga (13 mins).

This is a great location at the end of the road with amazing sunsets. When you see the goats turn right and follow the road up to a beautiful plateau with a clean tent on a sturdy wood platform. The bed is soft and comfortable and the tent has a little heater which wasn’t necessary during our stay. Swimming at local spots nearby kept ourkids entertained and the rest of us cool during the day.

I couldn't recommend this "glamping" site more! What a beautiful spot to hang out for New Years Eve! The CampHost was extremely communicative prior to arrival. I felt really well informed about how to get there and what to expect. Please note that after rainfall the road becomes very muddy and a 4wd vehicle was very helpful. We made it up to the campsite with no problems and we were impressed with all the amenities provided. (ie. propane grill, firepit, mattresses, outhouse, table, chairs, etc.) We were able to go exploring on the paths near the campsite and had great views. You can wake up to the sunrise and you will have perfect views of sunset from the fire pit. We forgot firewood and the CampHost had a box of wood delivered (masks on) in under 10 minutes! If you are looking for an all amenities included campsite with awesome views, look no further! We already plan to return to this gem and have recommended this spot to both friends and family.

My son and I spent a terrific weekend at the site. It is perfectly situated - great views to the east and the west, with hills rising up on the north and south sides of the site. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. When the sun goes down and your campfire starts to fade, it is a wonderful stargazing spot. The tent is very sturdy. We had hard rain and wind on both nights that we were there, but not a drop of rain inside the tent. The portable propane heater is easy to operate and a nice convenience that we used while we were playing cards before lights out. Damon was very responsive to my email / text message questions before and during the trip. The firewood that we ordered in advance was at the site when we arrived. There is also lots of wood to be found within a short walk from the site. 10 gallons of non-potable water in jugs at the site was more than sufficient for cooking (boiled the water), cleaning and dousing our campfires. Bring drinking water. The road to the site is a bit steep, but paved, except for the last 800 yards or so. If there is rain in the forecast, check with Damon to verify that the dirt section of the road is passable. This site is a great place for a quick getaway.

Campsite looks exactly as in the pictures, no surprises. Going uphill to get to the campsite was easy. Having an all wheel drive helped but a regular car will make it, just be patient. Inside the tent there’s a gas heater, we used it the second night. My kids visited The host’s farm animals, that was a plus. Damon and his family were very welcoming. Safeway is about 6 miles, 17 minutes. Santa Rosa downtown is also on a similar distance, great downtown area. SUPER PRIVATE, which was a plus! Whiting the campsite you can go on a good hike around the premises. There’s a gas grill that helps a lot. If you need wood you can buy from Damon at a reasonable price or bring your own. Damon left two super big containers with water, which was enough for a weekend of cleaning dishes and cleaning your hands. We came in early December, we were concerned about it being too cold, but with the firepit, the gas heater and just being prepared. We are hoping to comeback soon. I
