“What's not to love? If someone thinks these are second to any other choice out there, they probably represent your competition and don't truly know their chile. I just wish they were still deeply chilled by the time I get them UPS always uses your warehouse in New Jersey, then on to Chicage instead of using El Paso which could be a direct trip to here from there.”

“I order 5 or 10 lbs of roasted, frozen Big Jim’s chiles once or twice a year. They always arrive at my home on the East coast still frozen. I have ordered from other purveyors and The Hatch Chili Store is by far the best place to get my chilies. Their chilies are thick and meaty, nicely roasted and FRESH!!!”

“Having lived in Colorado for 45 years, green chiles and green chili became staple items in my kitchen. It didn’t occur to me before moving to Florida that the ONLY green chile available here is limited to 4oz condiment-size cans. Thank you for offering a lifeline to the awesome flavors of the southwest! Your products are GREAT, customer service exceptional, and I enjoy doing business with you.”

“I have found my go-to place for roasted green chiles! I'm in Phoenix and it's hot right now, so I paid for the overnight service. Worth every penny! Showed up on time and still completely frozen. Hi quality chiles and excellent flavor. I will continue buying from The Hatch Chile Store with their excellent service. Love my green chiles and look forward to trying their other products!”
