“We are very pleased with our chile order. We bought 5# chopped in 1# bags. Medium hot. It's perfect! The bags are just the right size for the two of us, and the heat is just right.”

“Wonderful Roasted Hatch Green Chile as always. But Please bring back the package identification showing Mild, Medium and Hot. I buy sets of each kind and had to mark them myself to ensure I know what heat level I'm working with.”

“This is my third order and while I live for hatch green chili, I was a bit disappointed in my recent order. I ordered medium, but these were definitely mild as they had no “fire” in them at all!”

“The second time around the experience was great. The first time, not so much. UPS delivered them to the post office without notifying me shipment was in. They sat in the post office for 5 days before we located them. The dry ice had melted of course and the order was ruined. Danny at Hatch Chili made it right with replacing the order. So even though UPS screwed up, the second time around gets a 5 star!”
