“I have ordered from you before and have never been disappointed. This batch however was the worst i have ever tasted. I ordered medium because i like some heat but this box of medium has absolutely NO heat and close to no flavor. It has left a lot to be desired.”

“Don't regret the purchase but the medium heat whole chiles I ordered were very mild. Order the hot. They were flavorful and cleaned well but will likely not purchase again because of the price.”

“tasty; however, I prefer to have the peels left on the chile and once I thaw it to prepare it, it retains the roasting flavor that the skin imparts to the flesh. Miss that and wish you kept them on”

“I’ve been getting green chile from this company for years. Having moved to the Southeast left me with only a grocery store canned version which has no flavor at all. I found these guys and had my chille fix ever since now if they would make pork green chili I would be really happy.”
