“So sad heat and drought have had such an impact on the hatch chili crop, pushing us to order whole chilis versus the convenience of chapped, but that's a small inconvenience for the best chili flavor!”

“Ordered medium Chile, but it’s mild or has no taste so I’m very disappointed with the medium I bought. If you like NM green Chile with a little bang, the medium is not the answer; it is not medium it is less than mild. Just wasted my $$$.”

“Got to say, buying them pre-roasted is the way to go, for me. So convenient. Plus so much better than my own attempts at grilling and peeling, they’re in good shape for stuffing or deep frying.”
