“I ordered 5lbs frozen mild chili's and they were delivered exactly when they said they would in perfect condition ,and tasting awesome ! So I ordered 5lbs for my daughter in Massachusetts they got there on time and delicious I also ordered 10lbs of fresh mild chili's and they are delicious , can't wait to order thank you very much staff !”

“Chile was good. Arrived in good condition....but they are so expensive. I will be ordering somewhere else in the future. Priced many other places and this is way to high$$$.”

“Best place I've purchased Hatch chiles from on line, bar none, best prices, best quality, best packaging and customer service. I can get Hatch chiles locally now and I'get one or two cases to roast and have fun with, but I get the bulk of my roasted chiles from this store.”

“The packaging was excellent and the chiles arrived completely frozen and in great shape. The chiles are packaged very well and are plump and attractive looking. I am disappointed though in the flavor. These chiles are very bland and do not have the fire roasted flavor that I was expecting.”

Hi Mary, If you want your chile to have some "flavor" you really should opt for something other than mild. The "roasted flavor" you're talking about comes from the intersection of the heat and the char from the roasting process. “We love our chopped green chile’s. I also buy the whole frozen chile’s to make Chile’s rellanos or green chile and cheese tamales. They are delivered quickly, still frozen and are packaged perfectly. I know you will love them too. Plus, if you do a subscription then you get free shipping. I love the subscription because I can order smaller amounts and have them delivered regularly saving freezer space. I have mine delivered every other month.”
