“Having grown up in NM and spent time in the Mesilla Valley I ate my share of green Chile .I left NM to pursue my career in Dallas and missed my Chile.Thiwas several tears ago and even then I ordered boxes of fresh green chili deliver to my door.Now it is so easy to get roasted and frozen Chile I get my favorite from Hatch Chile Store and it comes absolutely frozen solid and goes into my freezer.As needed ,I take a bag out and run cold water over it and remove the shins and seeds and put into plastic containers to use as I need it for burgers, omelets and grilled cheese sandwiches.The Chile is always large and roasted just right and is delicicious.I now love in NC and believe it or not some grocery chains have started carrying it in season but never know the heat so I order direct .I can’t enjoy the hot as much as the mild .Dont hesitate to order from the Hatch Chile store and expect quick delivery of quality Chile.I have also ordered fresh and roasted it myself on the gas grill but my time is limited so frozen is the key. Hope enjoy as I have and tomorrow I am having green enchiladas.Clile lover, J. Alano”

“Authentic roasted Hatch chiles! I ordered medium hot, and they were. Well packaged in 1lb bags, quick delivery, dry ice leftover at delivery.”
