“Sent to my brother and family for their annual Dec 24 Mexican food feed. They said the chiles were to delicate for relleno--fell apart when being deseeded. So they made a layered casserole instead. Taste was great.”

“Delicious product! It was my first order from The Hatch Chile Store. Ordering process simple, shipping was on time and product frozen solid (with days to spare I think). Medium-Hot seemed more mild that what I'm used to but you can always doctor it to your liking.”

“The order was shipped to my son at college out of state. It arrived fully frozen, on the day it was expected, making it possible for my son to pop most of it into his freezer just before campus closed down for Thanksgiving break. He shared 2 lbs with a group of NM students who gathered over the weekend for a Friends-Giving feast. They were really happy that this year's Big Jims tend to the hot side of the spectrum and totally enjoyed a taste of NM for their holiday far from home!”

“Love the ‘mild’. You can always leave the seeds if you want more heat. They ship using dry ice so they arrive still frozen solid even in the summer.”

“Great mild flavor. Roasted and chopped. Ready for queso, green chilie soup, enchiladas.......I could go on, but you get the idea. Soooo much better than anything in a jar.”
