“To me, the Big Jim chilies are the best. They have a wonderful flavor and just the right heat. Once in awhile you will get a burner, but these are the perfect chilies to add to most any New Mexican dish. We love hot chilies, put don't like chilies that burn your mouth and these are consistently tasty and perfect heat. We order the frozen whole chilies and they come to us in Arizona still fully frozen and ready to put in the freezer.”
