“I received my order in Minnesota in record time. My son could not wait for me to make green chili so we made it for the Super Bowl! It took us back to the great times we had living in Colorado. “Excellent mild flavor. Made my wife very happy. However I will order med next time. Not only do I enjoy that wonderful Hatch Chile Pepper flavor I like a slight kick to it. Shipped and arrived in perfect condition. Great Job.”

“The first one pound bag was gone within five days by only one person. Seriously lacking in my heat tolerance at the moment, I started by taking out most of the seeds and gradually work my way up to about one third. I love stuffing them with cheese, rolling them in a tortilla, covering them with green sauce and more cheese. Hopefully by the time I finish the fifth bag that won’t be happening. Sooooo good!”

“Grew up with Hatch Chili; moved away and had to live on other chili... Back to my childhood when they began shipping... I love the chopped for Green chili recipes... Every now and then I want rellanos and order the whole-they are perfect! Hoping to have red chili shipped on a regular basis now!”

“For numerous years we have ordered Hatch green Chile with Hatch packaging. The box we use received was damaged and WET coming from Wisconsin. Is the green chili actually grown in Hatch, NM? The packing does not state this, out os clear plastic. The charm of the previous pkgs showing from Hatch is gone. Since everything is made in China, how does one know the chili is not grown in China?”

Hello, I just spoke with you on the phone and it seems that we have cleared all of this up. We use a distribution center to help us with the shipping of our frozen chile and that is why it is coming from Wisconsin. The chile is grown in Hatch, NM. I am glad that we could clear everything up and have since shipped you even more packages of the chile you know and love. Best wish, Taylor
