“Pretty disappointed. I asked for mild..they marked mild but they were med-hot!! Over 70.00The pepper size was great. However, cant really use them. No one in family eats medium-hot. I order from NewMexico Catalog but they had no mild peppers. My bad choice tho. Won't order from this Co. anymore..”

“Having grown up with hatch green chili, I love being able to order it and store it with such ease and convenience and the quality has been great. I cook a lot with it in the winter months to boost immunity. I have ordered several times now and the last batch of mild happened to be more spicy than others. I know that spice level varies from year to year naturally so I don't mind too much. I'll just use less chili in my dishes for this batch and hope for a milder crop next year. Great quality product, thank you!”

“Deliverd timely, excellent packaging, great color and taste. Cost is understandable for shipping a small order to Oklahoma City area, especially when you use the whole chili peppers realizing the taste is sooooooo much better for the same quantitiy of other store bought "fresh" or canned chili peppers.”

“Chile is superb. However, I made a huge mistake by ordering only 10 lbs of fresh chile last summer to roast myself! Having already run out, I had to order these packs of frozen whole chile, which just aren't enough for our appetites. I will be back to ordering a whole lot more fresh.”

“Product was shipped without issue. Nicely packed in the dry ice keeping things frozen. Love the sturdy zip lock style bags . All chilies were whole, flesh held up to removing the seeds. Overall great product!”
