“We have had plenty of roasted hatch green chili over the years while living in Colorado and I will say the first package of our order left alot to be desired in flavor. The chili's were very bland with very little flavor. Very dissatisfied so far, especially for the price. We have 4 more packages to go to see if the flavor improves.”

“We have been ordering these hatch chiles for over a year now. The chiles are fantastic but everything from the quick shipping, to the excellent packaging has been so reliable. We use their chiles in our blue masa cheddar, hatch chile bread and people go nuts for it!”
