We had a problem with my first delivery with UPS. My order was damaged by a delay indelivery. Hatch stepped up and quickly replaced my order. I will buy again.

Shipment was received a couple days later than expected. The ice pack was melted but the chile hadn't thawed out yet.

Hi Kathryn, Typically orders for frozen products arrive cold with a small amount of dry ice left in the box. As long as they are still cold to the touch, then they are safe to refreeze and consume. We never recommend our customers consume a product if it arrives warm and spoiled. Thank you for your honest review! Thanks, Emily

All I have to say is it was a good thing that I requested the ShipAid Delivery Guarantee be cause when I received my order the package wasn't that cold, as soon as it was delivered it was brought in to the house and opened and put away. Very disappointed in the way items were packaged up, feel that not enough protection provided to make sure the chilie stays frozen in route. I shutter to think what condition the chile would of been in if I had'nt requested the ShipAid Delivery. If shipment is supposedly guaranteed to get to you in a safe maner your packageing needs to be emproved.
