“All I have to say is it was a good thing that I requested the ShipAid Delivery Guarantee be cause when I received my order the package wasn't that cold, as soon as it was delivered it was brought in to the house and opened and put away. Very disappointed in the way items were packaged up, feel that not enough protection provided to make sure the chilie stays frozen in route. I shutter to think what condition the chile would of been in if I had'nt requested the ShipAid Delivery. If shipment is supposedly guaranteed to get to you in a safe maner your packageing needs to be emproved.”
