“8/12 - My initial order arrived 7 days after I placed my order on your website. The enitre shipment was spoiled (25lbs) and the cardboard box was broken up...looked as if it had been thrown around several times. I refused the order and contacted Hatch Chile on 8/13 about it, requesting a credit. I was informed they have a "no refund" policy but would re-ship the entire order again. I have a new order number, 1ZB8B3691333579291. I am now waiting to see if this replacement order makes it to me in tact. 8/16 - My replacement order arrived today. Product arrived in great shape. Very satisfied with the way your company handled my situation.”
