“Got to say, I am used to the chili I got when I lived in NM. When it was HOT, it was hot. This chili is maybe Medium. Taste was good, but not even close on heat. Was hoping to avoid a road trip ... but ....”

“Unfortunately, this shipment of green chili is not hot at all. But, I will buy again and make sure to buy extra hot only. Shipment and packaging is great! Holds upon the freezer superbly! Excellent flavor, better than any store bought brands.”

“I can't explain it but these chilies are friggin awesome. When we run out of our fresh batch it's a great way to offset the fresh picked chilies. The only thing I have not tried Hatch chilies on is more Hatch chilies.”
