Hi! We're so glad you enjoyed the roasted hatch green chile! The hottest we have for roasted is the Sandia but we do offer Lumbre in the fresh.

“We have eaten our green chili 3 days in a row. We made Green chili chicken enchiladas one day, then for breakfast we had it on our eggs and the next day we had a picnic and placed it on our hamburgers. Absolutely love it!!!”

“First, you could not ask for a better chili, very meaty with excellent flavor. We receive our chili roasted, chopped and packaged, saves us alot time and comes very clean, hot and flavorful. If you ever need help on any chili products, they are there for you and are very helpful year round.”

“We had a delay in our shipment which caused the quality of the chile to be compromised. I reached out to customer service and provided pictures of shipment. They immediately sent me a new package and followed up right away to insure I got it. I love Hatch green chile and I will buy again and again from this store!”
