“I thought I made good salsa but now I use Hatch roasted green chiles with it and I've had many people tell me that my salsa is the best they've ever tasted! And it's all due to the chiles!! Gives it just the right kick. I used to live in Arizona and traveled often to New Mexico, always through Hatch, New Mexico. I now live in the Midwest and Hatch chiles are hard to come by but I grab them as soon as I see them. Their online store is awesome. Everything comes packed in dry ice.
