“I always love your Chile. Used to Order chopped all the time until Covid. I tried it once but spent a long time trying to get rid of the excess peel that didn’t use to be in it. Then I started ordering the whole frozen mild. That worked much better for me. Then I ran out and when I tried to order more it was sold out. So I went ahead and got more chopped. Now I’m again almost out and everything is sold out! So I’m rationing my husband. When will it be back? How will chopped be?”

“We’ve been using this company since we left Santa Fe 5 years ago. So easy to order, they are cleaned, roasted and chopped or you can get full chiles cleaned, roasted great for chili rellenos. I couldn’t live without these tasteful chilies”

“I use these in my tamales pie and a green Chile stew I make. They are great. All I do is remove most of the seeds and veins. This makes the Chile just the right heat level for us..”

“At a younger age, I started with thr hottest Chile you offered. However, I have toned my taste down to mild at this stage of my life, 81 years old. My last order of mild Chile is more tolerable for my taste. Although , I still spike it up with hotter Chile depending on my menu. Thank you.”
