“Bought for my 92 year old father. He is from New Mexico and loves hatch. He can no longer eat spicy foods. I have one complaint. Bought him the mild. He cooked 3 and enjoyed. Next two were very hot. Wondering why hot ones ended up with mild.”

“Grew up with Green Chili in my daily meals. When I moved out of New Mexico, missed that wonderful smell and taste. Now that I have that back, I wait anxiously each year for chili to be available to be shipped to me. This is awesome!!!!”

“4th year in a row of using these chili’s. We lived in New Mexico for 5 years & these are as good as any Hatch green chili we bought fresh & used. Green chili stew, pork enchiladas, rellenos, tostadas & green chili cheeseburgers. ALL are better because of your chili’s. Flavor & the right amount of heat. Keep it up, David & Linda, in Plant City, FL”
