“This is my second bag of freeze-dried green Chile and the second bag of green/red Chile. Both add delicious flavor to most all of my soups and stews, as well as to bean dishes! The convenience is great too! Thank you for the recipes and suggestions for use of all your products, too. That encourages my creativity! Kathy”

“I have not tried the freeze dried chile yet. These are going into my emergency supplies and I will have my Hatch chile fix even if we have a grid down situation. I will still buy the fresh Hatch chile each year to freeze and use through out the year. Now that I no longer live in New Mexico, I NEED to still have Hatch chiles to cook with.”
