“I love them! They are fantastic on eggs, and on a cassedia with jack cheese. Roasted to perfection, not too spicy, not too mild. Delicious. When I was a kid, my cousin used to roast and peel chilis over a flame on a gas stove. These are already prepared, ready to eat right out of the jar.”

“the HATCH CHILI product is the very best, and yes I have enjoyed them for many years backin the 50's as our family would drive from Roswell to the farms and Mother would buy several bags she would can them and we always had delish meals, but I only rescently became aware of the web site, so glad I found them again, the best products you will find, they are great for gifitng , :) TYVM”
