“The Pure Hatch Green Chile Sauce is wonderful! It's packed with flavor and I love the mild heat level. All the work has been done for you. Simply open the jar and use it on whatever pleases you. I love an omelette filled with this Chile Sauce, and shredded melted monterey jack cheese. The sky's the limit for ways to use this sauce. Highly recommend it!”

“This was excellent. We opened the bottle three days ago and it's almost already gone. Ordered the mild jar but it had a great heat to it. Will be buying more!”

“My favorite chili sauce on breakfast egg/veggie scrambles, a “must have” on cheeseburgers! There is just a bit of “afterheat,” the exact amount I crave!”

“One benefit of pandemic-induced online shopping is the inducement to try new products. This stuff is awesome and will remain on our shopping list forever. We like the mild because it allows us to spread more of it over everything. Fantastic product, shipped quickly, arrived in good shape.”

Hi Michael, We are so glad you enjoyed the Hatch Green Chile Sauce. This is also a favorite of mine! I love to spread it over anything and everything, my new favorite is mac & cheese with Hatch Green Chile Sauce. We are so glad you tried us with your pandemic induced online shopping, I know I have been doing some of this shopping myself. :) Thank you so much for the kind words and the laugh, Diana
