“I grew up in NM and have since moved away, but did not want loose my chile eating cuisine. Hatch Green Chile Sauce is so delicious and a staple in my house. I add it steak dishes, hamburgers, French Dip, mashed potatoes, breakfast, enchiladas and so much more. I like the medium heat which does provide a kick. My husband prefers the mild as he is not a native born NM. Whatever your preference, Hatch is the way to go! Shipping is fast and carefully packaged...thanks so much!”
