“This is delicious chile that brings me right back to being in New Mexico. With the travel limitations of Covid 19 this is like a small bit of mental travel for my mind and taste buds. I love this Hatch Green Chile Sauce on eggs, burgers or when making enchiladas or tacos with beef, chicken or fish. Not only is it yummy when you are eating it, it leaves a wonderful lingering taste in your mouth. I'm so glad this can be shipped to me and I'm sure I will be ordered more soon.”

“I was delighted to receive my order of 3 bottles of Mild Hatch Green Chile sauce. After a taste to judge its heat. I have started putting it on egg scrambles and cheeseburgers. Just the spice to make them memorable! I also received a small refund when it was discovered that my order price was slightly over that advertised in New Mexico Magazine. This has been a very enjoyable transaction.”
