“While I prefer whole roasted chilies, these run a close second with no waste. I use them on many food items to impart a wonderful taste when I don't have time to thaw my roasted whole chilies. So much better than any canned/jarred chilly on the market!!”

“When you can’t have the fresh roasted this is the next best thing! Cook it down a bit with some chicken broth and it’s just like new! Reasonably priced as well.”

“I prefer green chile sauce but this green chile sauce made with Hatch chile's is the best. It is flavorful without adding too much heat since I am not a hot heat lover.”

“The first time I ordered one green (mild) and one red(hot) salsa. The red was too hot for me though the taste was very good. My next order was for 2 jars of the green which is quite tasty with a little heat. Will be ordering more 3hen we run out. My sister also liked the mikdsalsa”
