Oh these were sooo good! Beautiful shape, nice and meaty, really wonderful flavor! I was delighted to get notice of these late season surprises, and I'm so glad I ordered them! Love getting my boxes of chiles here in Chicago!

The chiles were fresh, crisp and delicious. They held over very well, as I couldn’t process for a couple of days. Service was excellent, with follow-up email and a thank you when I placed a second order. And some of the Big Jim chiles lived up their name! Can’t wait for next season.

I roasted, peeled, and froze them in one day, and made a beautiful relleno casserole that everyone loved!!!

These were very good -- just a little heat that builds up on you. I roasted the chiles and have frozen them. The first thing I made using these was pork-stuffed chiles from the flavorbender.com recipe website. Thanks!

Not one bit hot. They should be labeled mild. The taste is ok but I was expecting more.
