“They came very fresh as promised. We roasted them as soon as they hit our steps. That evening we ate fresh rellianos!!! The chiles were absolutely delicious!!! They were not hot however. I might even have a hard time calling them medium. I guess this is a down side of an early crop.”

“The Chile is good. I was a week late getting it, as the Chile arrived only after 7 days. I was out of town on a previously scheduled vacation after I expected the Chile to arrive. Some was a bit dry, but it all roasted up fine”

“They arrived nicely fresh green chile. I roasted most of the box. I still have about a dozen left and there still fresh at when I got them. And this is about 3weeks ago..will decently order again next year.”

“A solid choice. My first time ordering and I will be back. The chile arrived fresh and even zero spoiled. All the was consistent in size and my shipment was prompt within a couple days of ordering. I roasted my chiles and froze them for future use. When I had a chance to cook up a batch of chile verde pork with my recently bought chile, I was not disappointed at all. Great flavor and the Sandia (hot) heat was there. Thank you so much for your dedication to delivering the best quality chiles. I will be back for sure next season for sure. PS: I have bought chile from other sites in NM and across the board this is was my best experience for freshness, quality, heat control, and customer service. Thank you!”
